All of our cores are inspected for damage and are only chosen after meeting our strict selection criteria. The electronic circuit board is tested and recoated with conformal polymeric film to protect its components from the elements. Then, the hydraulic unit is reassembled with new bearings, o-rings and seals to ensure OE level performance. Finally, the core is cleared of any internal faults, is cycled numerous times and vehicle simulation tested to ensure proper function.
