- This high efficiency version has melt-blown media to help with water removal - be careful not to over tighten the WIF (water-in-filter) sensor that goes in the dome end. When installing the sensor into the filter, always replace the rubber grommet - once the sensor makes contact with the filter, hand tighten another 1/2 turn only - Do not overtighten

High strength, corrosion resistant cans, center tubes, and end caps with superior sealing components ensure a leak resistant, long lasting, high performing fuel water separator filter. Some models feature a water drain port with a threaded plug or patented self-venting drain valve for efficient water purging as needed.
